,Our restaurant is seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the restaurant, from receiving training and performing duties in the service/kitchen department to assisting the Outlet Manager with maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Receive comprehensive training on all aspects of restaurant operations, including service standards, kitchen procedures, and inventory management.
  • Perform a variety of tasks, such as cashiering, cleaning, and upkeep of the restaurant, to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for customers.
  • Assist the Outlet Manager in maintaining accurate records, generating daily sales reports, and controlling stock levels.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve exceptional customer service, meet sales targets, and maintain a positive working environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continually improve our services and operations.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the food & beverage industry, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
