About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Southeast Asia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales campaigns
- Manage and support a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in software sales
- Previous experience as a people manager or team leader
- Channel selling experience is highly desirable
- Experience selling cybersecurity solutions is preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce and MEDDIPICC opportunity management process is highly desirable
- Ability to read and write English proficiently
- Collaborative skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams is essential
