About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Account Growth Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts, delivering client-focused solutions based on customers needs, connecting with key business stakeholders while maintaining long term relationships and maximizing sales opportunities within them.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a strong sales pipeline through effective relationship building, account management and lead generation.
- Act as the key liaison between customers and cross-functional internal departments to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customers' needs.
- Function as the key lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your portfolio of key accounts and all other relevant internal divisions.
- Perform the integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients.
- Develop and achieve sales through all sales channels which include both domestic sales and international export sales.
- Cultivate existing clients, together with generating new business through identifying and growing new business opportunities.
- Write business plans for all current and new opportunity tender businesses.
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Forecast and track key account metrics.
Requirements
- Advanced Diploma in Sales/Business Management or equivalent.
- 2 – 3 years of work experience in Sales or Marketing.
- Able to use Microsoft Office.
- Resourceful and hands-on team player.
- Meticulous, accurate, trustworthy and able to work independently.
What We Offer
The estimated salary for this position is SGD $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
