As an Account Growth Specialist at ANRADUS PTE. LTD., you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and revenue generation for our company.

About the Role
  • Coordinate and manage all activities related to sales, ensuring seamless execution of business plans.
  • Responsible for achieving overall sales targets and revenue generation through developing new accounts and managing key account relationships.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and revenue, utilizing your expertise in sales, marketing, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate and periodically review product pricing strategies to ensure alignment with market trends and customer needs.
  • Coordinate product evaluations and trials to meet customer requirements, providing ongoing support and management for key accounts.
  • Regularly review and report performance metrics to the General Manager of Sales, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Requirements
  • A minimum of a Diploma in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of Sales and Marketing experience, with a proven track record of developing business opportunities, achieving account growth, and generating significant revenue.
  • Demonstrated ability to address technical and service-related issues, with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Possess a personal vehicle for frequent travel to client sites.
