Responsibilities
As a Key Account Growth Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Scheduling meetings with clients to present updates and gather feedback.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to provide tailored solutions that meet clients' evolving needs.
  • Responding to quotation requests and assisting with business proposals.
  • Upselling and cross-selling company products to existing accounts.
  • Meeting performance KPIs as agreed upon with management.
  • Updating CRM systems for accurate reporting.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the ERP industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and written skills.
  • A 'farmer' mindset with a passion for client-oriented services.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a willingness to listen to customers' feedback.
  • Good understanding of customer retention and account management principles.

What We Offer
