Dynamic Cloud Sales Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to be based in Singapore and grow our sales in Indonesia, driving revenue and operational goals. This role requires a proven coach who can thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, leveraging data to drive decisions.
Responsibilities- Hunt for new business opportunities and logos
- Lead and coach a successful team of full-cycle sales professionals
- Serve as the main point of contact for OutSystems customers, leading sales strategy, overcoming objections, and negotiating success
- Promote upgrades with growth plans
- Minimum 12 years of quota-carrying experience selling into Enterprise space
- 4+ years of experience leading a quota-carrying, closing sales team
- Leadership presence that inspires team members to excel: Proven ability to coach, attract, and retain top sales talent
- Deep understanding of cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging computing trends
- Ability to recognize stages in the buying cycle for each prospect
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral, written, and verbal communication skills. Handling objections, complaints, roadblocks, and negotiation
- Ability to successfully communicate with contacts via phone, email, video, and presentations
- Technical ability to provide technical product overview and insights pertinent to customer needs and usage scenarios
- Achievement-driven personality, motivated by performance rewards for exceeding annual sales goals through strategic sales leadership and strong cross-business collaboration
- Solid time management skills and ability to work independently or under supervision with a high level of integrity
- A highly competitive salary of SGD $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience
