Ecommerce Operations Coordinator Position

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to fill this role.

Job Summary:

This is an opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in e-commerce and customer service. The successful candidate will assist in managing online store operations, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage online store inventory, including tracking stock levels and coordinating with suppliers
  • Process orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Provide excellent customer service through email, phone, or chat support
  • Assist in maintaining the e-commerce platform, including updating product information and troubleshooting issues

The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years of experience in a related field, such as retail or customer service.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and software, such as Shopify or Salesforce
