Job Title: Ecommerce Operations Coordinator

Job Description

As a key team member, you will be responsible for coordinating ecommerce operations to ensure seamless and efficient order processing. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing daily online orders and coordinating with logistics providers for timely delivery.
  • Creating shipping labels and instructions, tracking shipments, and resolving delays or disputes with carriers.
  • Handling customer queries across various platforms, providing prompt and courteous assistance.
  • Monitoring inventory levels, supporting replenishment planning, and maintaining accurate daily inventory logs.
  • Verifying shipping invoices and reconciling monthly sales figures.

The ideal candidate will possess strong Excel skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and a proactive attitude. A diploma and at least 2 years of experience in ecommerce operations are required.

This role involves working on billings and collections, preparing shipments, managing inventory, handling sales tax, and administering ecommerce platforms. Strong knowledge of Excel, shipping, and ecommerce platform management is essential.
