  • Sales Order Management: Process daily online orders and coordinate with logistics/3PL vendors for efficient and cost-effective shipping solutions.">
  • Shipping and Logistics: Create shipping labels, track shipments, resolve delays/disputes and handle customer queries across platforms.">
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, support replenishment planning and maintain daily inventory logs to prevent stockouts and overstocking.">
  • Financial Management: Verify shipping invoices, reconcile monthly sales and assist with sales tax filings to ensure accuracy and compliance.">
