Ecommerce Operations Specialist

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Ecommerce Operations Specialist to ensure seamless customer experiences from checkout to delivery.

\
\

Your primary responsibility will be managing daily ecommerce order processing, coordinating with logistics partners to ensure timely shipping, and creating accurate shipping labels.

\
\

Additional responsibilities include tracking and updating shipment statuses, resolving delays or discrepancies, responding to order-related customer inquiries, verifying shipping invoices for accuracy, reconciling monthly ecommerce sales records, monitoring and tracking inventory levels, maintaining an accurate daily log of inventory movements, counts and adjustments, assisting with sales tax filings, and investigating billing or return-related disputes.

To succeed in this role, you should have strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, a highly meticulous working style with an eye for detail, the self-initiative to do the necessary without being prompted by others, a dynamic work ethic and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, basic bookkeeping and arithmetic abilities, and fluency in Mandarin to communicate with colleagues and partners based in China.

This is an entry-level full-time position requiring a diploma with at least 2 years of work experience. We offer a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily ecommerce order processing and coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely shipping\
  • Create and issue shipping labels, providing accurate instructions to 3PL partners\
  • Track and update shipment statuses, proactively resolving delays or discrepancies\
  • Respond to order-related customer inquiries across online sales channels\
  • Verify shipping invoices for accuracy, ensuring proper descriptions, charges, and delivery details\
  • Reconcile monthly ecommerce sales records to ensure all transactions and fees are accurately captured\
  • Monitor and track inventory levels, analyzing SKU-level sales trends to support replenishment planning\
  • Maintain an accurate daily log of inventory movements, counts and adjustments\
  • Assist with sales tax filings and ensure timely, accurate submissions\
  • Investigate and file billing or return-related disputes with platforms and partners\
