**Who we are**
- Operating multiple online store brand stores in various Ecommerce shopping sites
- Young team
- No formal wear, be as casual as you wish

**Responsibilities**:
1. Operations
- Answering all inquiries from all platforms (qoo10,lazada,shopee etc) across all sites - No phone calls required
- Following up with all after sales issues promptly
- Ensuring all return parcels are identified and issues rectified
- Processing daily order way bills in a timely manner
- Ensuring high accuracy level of the correct inventory tagged to the correct order waybill
- Manual task (Stocking, filing, labeling of essential oil into bottles) when required
- Assist in any other adhoc e-commerce duties on event days (11/11, 9/9 etc)

2. Administrative
- Keying in stock data from delivery orders into inventory and bookkeeping system (Xero)
- Ensuring bookkeeping data accuracy
- Do monthly P&L statements
- Filing
- Extract sales and losses data
- Inbound and outbound of daily inventories Co-ordination with warehouse team on stock taking

**Required Skills**:

- Have initiative and self motivated learner
- Proficient in Microsoft excel/word to extract data
- Polite and courteous online hospitality service
- Meticulous and attention to detail
- Fast pace environment, must be time conscious
- Basic understanding of finance (GST calculations)
- Knowledge in ecommerce sites (qoo10,lazada,shopee) preferred, otherwise willing to learn

**No foreigners**

**Full time position (5 day work week)**

**10 am -7 pm (1 hour lunch break)
