Job Title: Ecommerce Operations Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Ecommerce Operations Coordinator. This role involves working in a fast-paced office environment, coordinating ecommerce operations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Unpack new stock, count, and check condition
  • Shift new stocks to storage racks (1-4kg)
  • Pick and pack orders for online marketplaces and website
  • Pack correctly before courier cut-off timing
  • Update simple inventory entries
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Occasionally assist customers with purchases or exchanges
Requirements
  • Fast and accurate packing with attention to detail
  • Comfortable moving around in an office environment
  • Ability to carry electronics when shifting new stocks
  • Basic computer skills for labels and inventory management
  • Responsibility, honesty, punctuality, teamwork, and a willingness to learn
