Operations Coordinator for Ecommerce

This is a part-time role that involves managing and updating online stores, processing online orders, performing quality checks on stocks, and preparing management reports.

About the Role:
  • Manage and update online store(s)
  • Process online orders
  • Perform quality check on stocks
  • Manage stocks, showroom display, and store & office supplies
  • Prepare management reports
Requirements:
  • Able to commit for minimum 6 months
  • Meticulous, organized, and with a good eye for details
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Good spoken/written English
  • Singaporeans or PRs
  • Part-time tertiary students are welcome to apply
Key Responsibilities:
  1. We are looking for a highly organized candidate to manage our ecommerce operations. This will involve maintaining accurate records of stock levels, inventory turnover, and sales performance.
  2. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, including managing customer relationships, handling customer inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly.
  3. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
  4. In addition to administrative tasks, you will also be responsible for data entry, report preparation, and other business-critical functions.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years experience in ecommerce operations or related field
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
