Operations Coordinator for Ecommerce

This is a part-time role that involves managing and updating online stores, processing online orders, performing quality checks on stocks, and preparing management reports.

About the Role:

  • Manage and update online store(s)
  • Process online orders
  • Perform quality check on stocks
  • Manage stocks, showroom display, and store & office supplies
  • Prepare management reports

Requirements:

  • Able to commit for minimum 6 months
  • Meticulous, organized, and with a good eye for details
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Good spoken/written English
  • Singaporeans or PRs
  • Part-time tertiary students are welcome to apply

Key Responsibilities:

  • We are looking for a highly organized candidate to manage our ecommerce operations. This will involve maintaining accurate records of stock levels, inventory turnover, and sales performance.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, including managing customer relationships, handling customer inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly.
  • The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • In addition to administrative tasks, you will also be responsible for data entry, report preparation, and other business-critical functions.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years experience in ecommerce operations or related field
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
