Join ING's Human Resources Team

As an intern in ING's Human Resources team, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR administration and support the implementation of HR digital solutions. You will work closely with the People Services team to provide administrative support and contribute to the development of HR processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the administration and management of HR systems and processes across Tier 1 and Tier 2 activities
  • Assist with driving the review and maintenance of HR-related operating procedures and policies
  • Support HR projects such as HR administration efficiency and onboarding projects for ING Asia
  • Perform HR reporting and analysis
Requirements
  • Legal work rights in the country of internship
  • Minimum GPA of 3.5/4 or 4.2/5 or equivalent
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable with handling large volumes of information
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to visualize and understand the end-to-end process
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Reasonable level of savviness with IT to use HR systems and data efficiently
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Resourceful and willingness to learn
