The role focuses on driving revenue growth and expanding institutional relationships across the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Originate and grow strategic partnerships with leading hedge funds, family offices, private wealth, banks, brokers, and exchanges.
  • Develop and execute client acquisition strategies to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with global trading, product, and operations teams to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Represent the firm at key industry events and meetings.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in institutional sales or business development within financial markets.
  • Strong background in derivatives, structured products, or options.
  • Proven track record of originating and growing institutional business with significant revenue impact.
  • Knowledge of digital assets is highly advantageous.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
