We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Director who will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement customer-centric strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive organic growth through efficient operations and process improvements.
Take ownership of customer issues, follow problems through to resolution, and ensure timely communication with customers.
Set clear missions and deploy strategies focused on achieving those goals, driving efficiency, and profitability in the department.
Requirements and Skills:
Proven working experience as a Customer Service Manager, Retail Manager, or Assistant Manager with strong leadership skills and ability to think strategically.
Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques, with proficiency in English and working knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools.
Strong client-facing and communication skills, with advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills, and a customer service orientation.
A BS degree in Business Administration or related field.
