Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our day-to-day activities and guarantee exceptional customer service. As a key team member, you will support staff development, training, and scheduling, while monitoring costs, inventory management, and vendor relationships.

Main Responsibilities
  • Leading daily operations and ensuring high-quality service
  • SUPPORTING STAFF GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT
  • Monitoring costs, inventory levels, and vendor partnerships
  • Managing guest feedback and resolving service issues
  • Assisting in report generation, promotions, and business expansion projects
Essential Qualifications
  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Business, or related field
  • 1-3 years experience in F&B/hospitality (fresh graduates welcome)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office/POS systems
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • CUSTOMER-FOCUSED, ADAPTABLE, AND TEAM-ORIENTED INDIVIDUAL
