Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Director to lead our Guest Services Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences from the moment of reservation to beyond checkout.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Guest Services Department, ensuring seamless execution of guest requests and services.
  • Develop and implement a consistent guest recognition program, utilizing data and insights to inform decisions and drive loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver tailored guest experiences that meet or exceed expectations.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Promote a culture of excellent service, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages team members to thrive.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through innovative solutions.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with hospitality technology and systems, including property management systems and customer relationship management tools.
