Job Title:
Customer Experience Director

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced leader to drive our customer experience strategy and transform our service delivery. As a key member of our team, you will lead cross-functional teams in designing and implementing customer-centric solutions that exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Lead and drive customer insights by developing and executing effective strategies to collect, analyze, and interpret customer data from various sources.
2) Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement customer experience strategies, roadmap, and initiatives that promote citizen-centricity and drive system-wide adoption of CX principles.
3) Develop and manage budgets across CX and service transformation portfolios to ensure optimal resource allocation.
4) Provide leadership to cross-functional teams across CX, insights, and service design, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Service Management, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in areas such as Customer Experience Management (CXM), Service Design, Agile methodologies, Business Process Reengineering (BPR), Six Sigma, Lean methodologies, or data analytics.
• At least 10-12 years of progressive experience in customer experience, market research, service management, or data analytics.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with proficiency in data analysis, statistical tools, and key driver analysis.
• Hands-on experience in designing and administering customer surveys and conducting customer research.
