Job Title: Director of Customer Experience Strategy
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our customer experience strategy and drive business results through exceptional customer experiences.
About the RoleThe Director of Customer Experience Strategy will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive customer experience strategy that aligns with our business objectives. This role will require a strong analytical mindset, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a customer experience strategy that drives business results
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement service improvements using human-centered design methods
- Conduct customer research and analysis to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement change management strategies
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Service Management, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in customer experience, market research, or service management
- Proven track record of leading and managing teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with data analytics, statistical software, and key driver analysis
