Job Title: Business Partner for Mobility Aftermarket Division

We are seeking an experienced Business Partner to join our team at ROBERT BOSCH (SOUTH EAST ASIA) PTE. LTD.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a key role in supporting the Mobility Aftermarket Division in Singapore and ASEAN region.

The successful candidate will work closely with the management team to drive business growth, improve processes, and develop new business models.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as Controlling Business Partner for the Mobility Aftermarket Division, providing financial guidance and support to the team.
  • Develop and maintain accurate monthly business reports and forecasts, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor financial targets, risks, and opportunities, developing proactive suggestions for countermeasures.
  • Provide relevant information and recommendations to management, effectively communicating complex data insights.
  • Support the development of new business models, driving innovation and growth within the division.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, automating and standardizing reporting and planning processes.
Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or Computer Science.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, and Tax.
  • Proficient in SAP, MS Office, Excel Advanced, and Power BI.
  • Basic programming knowledge in languages such as Python and SQL is preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across different functions and cultural backgrounds.
  • Data-driven and highly analytical, with a focus on delivering results-driven insights.
