Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Business Partner to join our team at Robert Bosch (South East Asia) PTE. LTD. as the Controlling Business Partner for the Mobility Aftermarket Division in Singapore and ASEAN region.

About the Role

In this critical position, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our business units by driving monthly business reporting and regular forecasting. You will also conduct monthly KPI reviews with key stakeholders, monitor financial target achievement, risks, and opportunities, and analyze cross-functional information to develop suggestions for countermeasures to achieve targets.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective business strategies to drive growth and profitability in the Mobility Aftermarket Division
  • Provide expert financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
  • Support the development of new business models and revenue streams
  • Drive continuous improvement of reporting and planning processes through automation and standardization
Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or Computer Science
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, and Tax
  • Proficient in SAP, MS Office, Excel Advanced, and Power BI
  • Basic programming knowledge (e.g., Python, SQL) is preferred
  • Strong communicator and able to collaborate across different functions and cultural backgrounds
  • Data-driven and highly analytical
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of SGD 120,000 - SGD 180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and annual performance bonuses.
