Job Title: Accommodation Coordinator
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Accommodation Coordinator to join our team at RE SUSTAINABILITY CLEANTECH PTE. LTD. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housing operations, with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Housing Management: Source for accommodations, negotiate rental rates, and manage assignments with Area/Operations Managers to achieve optimal occupancies.
- Cost Control: Manage and optimize all costs and expenses with Area/Operations Managers.
- Coordination and Liaison: Coordinate with HR Business Partner (HRBP) and/or Area/Operations Manager on accommodation matters and issues.
- Tenant Support: Brief tenants on house rules, terms, and conditions, and ensure proper maintenance during tenure.
- Inspections and Reporting: Conduct quarterly inspections of foreign workers' accommodation with Operations and prepare reports for submission.
- Disciplinary Action: Take necessary action against non-compliance with Area/Operations Manager.
- Payment and Utilities: Prepare payment requests for housing deposits, rentals, and utilities, and notify tenants of payment due dates.
- Property Management: Assist in opening new SP accounts, reviewing tenancy agreements, and stamping documents.
- Handover and Cleaning: Handle property handovers, arrange cleaning, and disposal of leftover items.
- Key Management: Safeguard landlord keys and provide access to tenants as needed.
Requirements:
- Housing Knowledge: Strong understanding of on-boarding and off-boarding processes for dormitories and housing.
- Communication Skills: Excellent active listening and communication skills to handle challenging discussions.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to make sound judgments and prioritize tasks in time-sensitive situations.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to proper protocols.
- Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, including HR Manager and Area Manager.
- Availability: Willingness to work occasional evenings, weekends, and on-call hours during emergencies.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
