Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Assistant to support our team with accommodation bookings, event planning, and administrative tasks.

About the Role:

  • Assist with arranging accommodations for VIPs from overseas
  • Making lunch/dinner reservations on behalf of clients or colleagues
  • Maintain accurate records of contacts information
  • Scan and digitally archive documents as required
  • Distribute signed documents to relevant parties
  • Organize and maintain a filing system
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Support company events by coordinating logistics and preparations
  • Assist with preparing and distributing hampers and gifts to business associates
  • Contribute to office relocation efforts, including packing and unpacking
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Executive Chairman

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and travel arrangements software
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Strong administration and organizational skills
  • Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements
