Our client is an established and progressive organisation well regarded for its focus on innovation. There is now an exciting and rare opportunity for a dynamic compensation leader to join its human resources leadership team to support its strategic growth and transformation agenda.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the CHRO, this is an exciting role where you will lead the compensation and performance management teams in formulating, reviewing and managing compensation and performance management policies, frameworks and execution for the organisation to strengthen its position as an employer of choice. You will conceptualise and implement initiatives to strengthen the performance management culture and lead the design and structuring of compensation plans to attract and retain top talent, with high emphasis on the technology and related talent pool in demand in this digital economy.


Requirements

You are a degree qualified with demonstrated track record in leading rewards / compensation functions in major technology or digitally enabled organisations partnering senior business / technology leaders. Your work has ideally covered a sizeable technology and related workforce including in deep technology, and are well-versed with current and emerging trends in compensation frameworks and practices to attract and retain top talent in this space. You are a progressive and dynamic leader who is strategic yet hands on, with strong analytical, stakeholder management and communication skills.
