Our client is a highly established and well-regarded industry leader in an exciting high growth phase. To support its continued growth, the Human Resources team is expanding with the appointment of a Rewards Specialist.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Head of Rewards, this role offers an exciting opportunity to transform the organization's compensation structure. You will be responsible for designing job structures, salary ranges, job sizing, and salary packages. Additionally, you will oversee the annual rewards budgeting, implementation, and review processes, ensuring competitive performance bonuses, salary adjustments, and market alignment through thorough research. The role also includes governing rewards policies and managing compensation reports.
Requirements:
You are degreed qualified with over 4 years of experience in rewards, with expertise in designing programs and working with compensation datasets, as well as consulting firms. You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with a keen understanding of compensation structuring. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset are essential for success in this role.
