Job Summary

TD Bank Group is seeking a highly skilled Vendor Management Specialist to join our team. As a Vendor Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing third-party business arrangements through all stages of the Third-Party Management Lifecycle (TPML). This includes understanding and maintaining knowledge of business arrangement terms, monitoring and analyzing performance, and identifying and escalating issues to mitigate risk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage third-party business arrangements through all stages of the TPML
  • Understand and maintain knowledge of business arrangement terms
  • Monitor and analyze performance of business arrangements
  • Identify and escalate issues to mitigate risk
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business needs
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve vendor relationships

Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree with minimum 7+ years of related experience
  • Advanced knowledge of vendor management, business arrangements, and third-party management lifecycle framework/principles
  • Knowledge of current and emerging competitor and market trends
  • Ability to negotiate, influence, collaborate, and effectively communicate to build relationships
  • Ability to contribute to strategic direction of the function and provide advice to senior leadership
