**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our credit cards product development efforts. As the Head of Credit Cards Product Development, you will be responsible for defining and executing strategic consumer credit cards product roadmaps for all segments, from mass to ultra-high net worth individuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Development and Launch: Lead the development, launch, and management of credit cards products, including partnerships with schemes (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) to track performance, identify opportunities for growth, and negotiate supports.
- Customer Value Proposition: Drive customer value proposition, positioning, and acquisition strategy to improve customer experience and gain market share.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Manage a team responsible for product lifecycle management, including product setup, cards onboarding and issuance, rewards setup and redemption.
- Credit Card Rewards System: Strategize and implement new capabilities and features for credit card rewards system for both earn and burn.
Requirements
- Leadership and Management: Proven ability to lead and manage a team, with a flexible, positive, and results-oriented attitude.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to formulate and communicate strategies rooted in deep knowledge of product, consumer, and market factors.
- Technical Aptitude: Strong technical understanding of credit card systems and scheme compliances, including issuance of cards, authorisation and settlement flow, rewards system, and API.
- Communication and Collaboration: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop clear, insightful presentations and reports.
