Facilities Coordinator

about the job
- Oversee and maintain workplace facility, make sure everything is align with global standards
- Liaising with vendors / contractors for monthly services/maintenance, oversee their works and make sure the quality of service
- Operational management of service vendors delivering technical & soft services
- Collect utilities consumption data and waste management data
- Raise purchase orders for payments
- Cover reception over lunch breaks
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health and safety standards
- Assist to set up workplace for internal event
- Conduct daily building checklist
- As main point of contact in the office to attend to all office matter and enquiry
skills and experience required
- Degree / Diploma in Engineering / Facility Management or equivalent
- Min 3 years of experience workplace operations or office facilities management
- Experience setting up / tearing down meeting spaces/ townhalls
- Understanding of company business drivers and culture
- Ability to start work immediately or within short notice period will be a plus
