Facility Officer

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct periodic inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance as per schedules
- Supervise contractors to ensure work are carried out in accordance
- Capable in troubleshooting of any electrical and mechanical system
- Attend to enquiries, complaints of breakdown, service request rebiting to building services
- Coordinate and assist the facility supervisor in the daily operation of the Mechanical & Electrical services
Job Requirements:
- Minimum NITEC in Engineering (Mechanical & Electrical/ Building Services/ Facility Management or equivalent)
- At least one year of experience in building maintenance and facilities
- Good knowledge in building, mechanical and electrical systems
- Able to work as a team as well as work independently
- Able to work on a 5.5 days per week (half day Saturday)
