Roles & Responsibilities

Reporting to the Manager (Facilities Management), this role will assist with ground-work such as site supervision and liaise with outsourced service providers to ensure facilities are well managed.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support to the Facilities Management department by overseeing building operations and cleanliness on ground
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety standards and to identify areas for improvement
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders feedbacks relating to building matters
  • Maintain records of all repairs, maintenance, and inspections for compliance and reporting purposes
  • Monitor utility usage and expenses, including water and electricity
  • Participate in emergency response procedures and provide support during emergencies
  • Perform operation reports and other administrative duties for the department

Requirements

  • Minimum a Tertiary (post-secondary) qualification such as Higher-Nitec or Diploma in Facilities Management or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 1 year of experience
  • Able to work in a team with strong interpersonal, communication (both verbal and written) and problem-solving skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
  • Ability to respond quickly and effectively to emergencies
  • Able to work flexible hours, including nights, if required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
