Facility Officer #HLY

Job Description:
- Handling of facility matters and maintenance works such as air con maintenance, equipment maintenance, repair and A&A works
- Oversee facility matters to ensure it is safe for employees and in optimal operating condition. For example, maintenance of safety conditions such as clear safety routes, fire extinguisher checks, fire safety exercises, etc.
- Represent the company in Building Management meetings
- Represent and coordinate with Quality Department for facility aspects of Quality and regulatory inspections
- Proper filing and storage of facility documents, blueprints, plans in shared Facility file servers
- Collection, sorting and distribution of incoming mails.
- Arranging of local/overseas, postal mail arrangements, courier services and preparing of documents.
- Travel out of office for purchase and posting letters when required
- Maintenance of office equipment, inventory (photocopiers, faxes, etc.) for office use.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 'O'/ 'A' Levels, Polytechnic Diploma with working experience in facility management
