Admin Duty

Internal HR & Admin Support

  • Preparation of tax invoices, monitor and update account receivable via Xero accounting software
  • Updating expenses and payment records to Xero accounting software
  • Maintain client contact lists via Xero accounting software
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters and forms
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers

Providing outsourced admin support to clients

  • banking and reimbursement processing
  • Provide general support to visitors and act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

Payroll Services

  • Processing of monthly client payroll via payroll software. (incude MINDEF makeup claims, Government Paid Maternity Leave etc if applicable)

MOM Services

  • Prepare and submit MOM application, regularly update MOM regulation.

Job Requirements:

  • At least a Diploma in Business Studies, Business Administration (Accounting & Finance) or Business Management or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience. Fresh Graduates will be considered
  • Familiar with Xero accounting software is an added advantage
  • Possess excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Able to multi-task and with initiatives
  • A good team player but must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
