Roles & Responsibilities

HR & Admin Officer

This is a pivotal role in executing HR & Admin functions and contributing to the overall success of our organization. You will be responsible for managing various HR activities, collaborating with different departments, and ensuring the effective administration of HR policies and procedures.


Responsibilities:


Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, and interviewingg candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Arrange interviews and conduct background checks to identify qualified candidates

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and conflict resolution.
  • Facilitate communication between management and employees
  • Coordinate for performance management exercise by sending out the appraisal form in a timely manner.

HR Policies and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal HR policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and documentation.
  • Responsible for all work visa administration as regulated by Singapore government.

Benefits Administration:

  • Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, leave policies, and retirement plans.
  • Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and facilitate open enrollment processes.

HRMS Administration:

  • Serve as the super user for the HRMS, ensuring data compliance and generating reports.
  • Work with vendor helpdesk for any technical support required.

Payroll Administration:

  • Manage the full payroll processing cycle, that includes regular payroll and ensuring compliance with all local legislations
  • Fulfill all IRAS requirements for filing of income tax

Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma in HR or its equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of HR admin in retail industry
  • Meticulous, good time management and ability to handle high volume and fast-paced environment
  • Possess good understanding of HR process, practices, and employment law
