Responsibilities:

  • Handle full spectrum of HR operations covering recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, learning & development, and etc.;
  • Perform payroll functions including monthly payroll, CPF, and tax reporting.
  • Handle full spectrum of daily office administration and facilities maintenance functions including workplace safety, equipment maintenance and office supplies procurement
  • Handle all aspects of office administration including leave management, employee insurance schemes; workplace safety, equipment maintenance and office supplies procurement etc.;
  • Manage employee lifecycle events including but not limited to onboarding and offboarding;
  • Maintain employee data and ensure data accuracy and integrity;
  • Support the development and implementation HR & Admin policies, procedures, and systems to support business growth;
  • Delivery of HR & Admin initiatives and plans to support business growth;
  • Participate in ad hoc assignment and projects.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 3 years HR generalist experience (preferably from financial institutions);
  • Well versed in Singapore Employment Ordinance, CPF Ordinance, and employment compensation;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, selfmotivated, independent, and willing to take extra duties;
  • Good commend in spoken and written English and Chinese (both Mandarin and
  • Cantonese);
  • Immediate available preferred.
