About the role

Enterprise Singapore is the government agency championing enterprise development. The agency works with committed companies to build capabilities, innovate, and internationalise. It also supports Singapore's growth as a hub for global trading and startups, and promotes trust in Singapore's products and services through quality and standards.

The Partners Division within Enterprise Singapore develops programmes and platforms with partner organisations such as SME Centres and Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs). These initiatives assist SMEs at scale.

What you will be working on

As a member of the SMEC team in the Partners Division, you will work with SME Centres and IHLs to support SMEs in Singapore. Your responsibilities include formulating and implementing strategies to support the growth and capability development of local SMEs, managing the SMEC Centre Programme, and overseeing EnterpriseSG's flagship programme, the Enterprise Leadership for Transformation (ELT) Programme. Your key tasks will include:

  • Serving as the primary account manager for SMECs, understanding their operational needs and support requirements;
  • Planning and managing projects with SMECs and IHLs, establishing milestones and KPIs, and tracking/reporting outcomes;
  • Creating, managing, and reviewing programmes including SME Centre and ELT programmes;
  • Providing feedback and managing data related to programme deliverables and fund disbursements;
  • Assessing and monitoring programme impact and effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative data;
  • Collaborating with key partners (e.g., TACs, other government agencies) to identify industry challenges and develop relevant projects;
  • Supporting strategic communications and engagement with SMECs and IHLs.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with business leaders in Singapore.

What we are looking for

Ideal candidates are action-oriented, possess strong stakeholder management skills, and have excellent communication skills. Experience in strategy development, programme management, and partner engagement will be advantageous.
