Leading organisation in the technology sector is looking for a Senior Learning & Development Partner, up to SGD11,000/month.

**Your new company**
A growing market leader is currently looking for a L&D partner to be part of their team to oversee and support the business on all regional L&D training related matters. Based close to an MRT, location is easily accessible. Organization also provides flexible working arrangements.

**Your new role**
You will be part of the HR team as a Senior Learning & Development Partner looking after the implementation of global HR strategies, providing advisory support on leadership development, succession planning, change management. You will facilitate mentoring and development discussion and lead on culture changes training. You would be responsible for driving and championing L&D functions/initiatives for Singapore, Australia, Japan, Hong Kong, and New Zealand.

**What you'll need to succeed**
Your previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success, as you will ideally have:

- Lead in the creation and delivery of regional and global learning programs
- Assist in the evaluation and measurement of the success and effectiveness of the learning initiatives
- Comfortable in post learning assessments and tracking metrics to identify opportunities to continually improve learning delivery/experience
- Possess the quality of being independent, creative learning designer, and influencer of change
