The Senior Learning Innovations Leader will lead efforts in advancing evidence-based and data-driven innovations in teaching and learning. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of integrating educational technologies into teaching practices, with strong knowledge of emerging technologies and the ability to incorporate data analytics into teaching and learning.
\The Senior Learning Innovations Leader will oversee the development and integration of evidence-based frameworks and learning analytics dashboards to optimize teaching and learning experiences. This includes guiding faculty and teams to leverage learning analytics, designing personalized learning experiences, and ensuring alignment with institutional goals to improve academic outcomes.
\This is a 2-year contract position that requires a University degree in Learning Sciences, Instructional Design, Educational Technology or a related field. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in educational technology, learning analytics, or instructional design, with demonstrated leadership in integrating educational technologies into teaching practices is also required.
\The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable manner for diverse stakeholders, including faculty and leadership.
