Overview

Senior Learning & Development Partner - APAC & India at Suntory Global Spirits. This role focuses on designing, delivering, and facilitating high-impact learning programs that enhance employee skills and drive organizational performance.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery and facilitation of learning and development programs, including workshops, seminars, and e-learning courses.
• Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and formats to engage learners and enhance knowledge retention.
• Ensure training sessions are interactive, practical, and aligned with adult learning principles.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop comprehensive training curricula.
• Customize training materials to meet the specific needs of different departments and teams.
• Continuously update and improve training content based on feedback and emerging trends.

Training Needs Assessment

• Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
• Work with managers and employees to determine learning objectives and desired outcomes.
• Develop training plans that address identified needs and support career development.

Evaluation and Feedback

• Implement evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
• Collect and analyze feedback from participants to improve future training sessions.
• Report on training outcomes and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Leadership Development

• Facilitate leadership development programs aimed at enhancing the skills of current and future leaders in collaboration with Suntory University and across group companies.
• Provide coaching and support to managers to help them develop their teams effectively.
• Build leadership capability in change management and agile transformation within the People, Culture and Communications community.
• Leverage learning management systems (LMS) and other technologies to deliver and track training programs.
• Explore and implement innovative e-learning solutions to enhance the learning experience.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with HR, department heads, and other stakeholders to ensure training programs align with business goals.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to promote learning initiatives.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on training delivery and facilitation.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
