Senior Manager of Institutional Partnerships

At Ripple, we are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead and manage a portfolio of high-value institutional partnerships building on XRPL.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage strategic partnerships, developing account plans that align with both company and partner goals.
  • Ensure fast execution across technical integration and delivery by mobilizing internal and partner teams effectively.
  • Provide thought leadership and guidance to partners around tokenization, regulatory considerations, and financial market structures.
  • Maintain high-touch relationships with key stakeholders, from technical teams to the C-suite, ensuring alignment and accountability.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with 8-10 years of experience supporting strategic partnerships or enterprise customers in FinTech, financial services, or blockchain. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of institutional finance and expertise in tokenization.

The successful candidate will be able to articulate the value of tokenization and familiarity with the full lifecycle of tokenized assets. They should also have a strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals and how they apply to financial use cases such as settlement and collateral management.

Our ideal candidate is action-oriented and solutions-driven, especially in ambiguous or fast-evolving contexts. They should bring an ownership mindset to driving partner success and have the ability to earn trust with senior stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of experience supporting strategic partnerships or enterprise customers in FinTech, financial services, or blockchain.
  • Institutional Finance Acumen: Solid understanding of financial instruments and market structure.
  • Tokenization Expertise: Ability to articulate the value of tokenization and familiarity with the full lifecycle of tokenized assets.
  • Blockchain Fluency: Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals and how they apply to financial use cases.
  • Problem Solving with Agency: Action-oriented and solutions-driven, especially in ambiguous or fast-evolving contexts.
  • Executive Presence & Trust Building: Ability to earn trust with senior stakeholders.
