Business Development Manager - Media Sales (Performance Marketing), Singapore

We're on the hunt for a rockstar Business Development Manager to join our team in Singapore. You'll be part of a globally connected team that's redefining performance-driven media across APAC. What You'll Do:

  • Own and drive new business opportunities across performance marketing, with a strong focus on CPS, mobile, and programmatic campaigns.
  • Build and nurture lasting relationships with advertisers, brands, and key media agency contacts in the region.
  • Strategically target and grow high-potential clients, ideally with a strong focus on the Hong Kong market.
  • Pitch, negotiate, and close deals that deliver measurable ROI for clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Ad Ops, Product, and Marketing) to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Represent the brand at industry events, client meetings, and international conferences - travel-loving candidates, this is your dream job

Requirement:

  • 4-5+ years of media sales experience with a strong background in performance marketing.
  • In-depth knowledge of CPS (Cost-per-Sale), mobile acquisition, and programmatic solutions.
  • Proven track record of working with clients in Hong Kong - and delivering results.
  • A strong network of media agency connections across Singapore and APAC.
  • Excellent communication skills - you're persuasive, engaging, and know how to build trust.
  • Self-starter attitude with a passion for growth, hustle, and big wins.
  • Willingness to travel across the region for meetings, events, and opportunities.
