Job description:
Position: Manager, People Development and Experience
We are seeking an energetic and visionary individual to join our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) team at Changi Airport Group (CAG).
If you are passionate about creating meaningful impact and inspiring change, this is your opportunity to shape the future of CSR at one of the world's most iconic airports.
As the CSR Manager, you report to Head, Changi Foundation and will be a key driver of CAG's CSR strategy.
The strategist in you understands the landscape and is able to connect the dots to envision an impactful future for CAG's CSR efforts. You believe that the potential to do good is limitless - enabled by bold aspirations and fueled by creativity and authenticity.
You are an inspiring communicator who engages genuinely with partners and beneficiary agencies Changi Foundation supports. You are a driven and dynamic individual who can advocate and rally the support of different stakeholders. You possess strong project management skills to bring CSR and sustainability projects from concept to completion.
Attention to details is a must as you will be analysing grant reports and financial figures to ensure responsible stewardship of Changi Foundation's funds and resources.
