Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Communications: Manage the timely and accurate dissemination of communication materials from Group Communications to internal teams, promoting a positive workplace culture through clear and consistent messaging towards company goals.">
  • Employee Engagement: Plan, coordinate, and execute internal and external engagement activities and events that strengthen company spirit and enhance employee relations, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to deliver engaging and memorable employee experiences.">
  • P.A. to Managing Director: Act as the point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders, manage the MD's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, handling confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion.">
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute actively to HSE development and improvements, handle ad-hoc assignments/projects, and identify opportunities for continuous process improvements.">

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in people experience, communications, or engagement.">
  • Excellent verbal and written English language skills, with the ability to adapt communication style to suit a diverse audience.">
  • Proficient in MS Office software and digital learning technologies, with a can-do attitude and ability to handle changing requirements in a dynamic environment.">
