Administrative and Finance Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and meticulous Finance & Administration Executive to join our team. This role combines both administrative support and full-cycle accounting responsibilities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the office while managing financial records with precision. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with full set accounts in the F&B sector, and will be responsible for managing the financial health of the company while providing administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
• General Administration:
- Provide support for daily general administrative duties, including office tasks upkeep and filing.
- Answer phone calls, manage the front desk, and greet visitors in a professional manner.
- Handle incoming mail and courier services.
- Manage the purchase and inventory of office supplies.
- Book air tickets and accommodation for staff as required.
• Accounting & Finance:
- Handle the full set of accounts for the company, including preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, specifically for the F&B sector.
- Manage invoicing, payments, and expense tracking; perform bookkeeping/accounting entries into the accounting system.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure timely submission of bank documents.
- Prepare tax returns, statutory filings, and liaise with auditors.
- Monitor financial transactions, ensuring compliance with F&B industry standards and regulations.
• Other Duties:
- Assist with any other tasks and ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or relevant qualification in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in F&B sector.
- Proven experience in administrative and accounting roles, with hands-on experience in full set accounting in the F&B sector.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial and administrative tasks.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills with a pleasant personality and the ability to interact effectively with people.
- Task-oriented, proactive team player who is willing to learn and grow professionally.
