Key Responsibilities
  • Process daily financial transactions, including invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely processing.
  • Maintain and update the general ledger with daily transactions.
  • Assist in bank reconciliations and track discrepancies as necessary.
  • Prepare and maintain financial documentation, such as invoices, receipts, and payment records, ensuring proper filing and accessibility.

Requirements
  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or administrative roles.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and tax compliance in Singapore.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
