• Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations
• Maintaining office supplies and inventory
• Assisting managers and technicians with administrative task
• Coordinating IT parts order and work closely with Procurement and vendors
• Processing invoices, DO, etc
• Accurately entering data into management software
• Providing general administrative support to the team
• Performing other administrative duties as required
• Any other tasks and assignments given by superior as part of training and development.
