Sales General Manager

The Sales General Manager is a key leadership role responsible for building and managing a high-performing sales team, expanding our customer base, and delivering strong, sustainable revenue growth across key global regions.
Working with product, engineering, and executive teams, you'll position our thermal, mechanical, and integrated hardware solutions for strategic partners in data centers, AI infrastructure, edge computing, and industrial electronics.
This key leadership role requires proven ability to forge partnerships and deliver sustainable growth in the B2B technology sector.
- Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand the customer base.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to exceed performance metrics.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.
- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record in driving sales growth and managing regional or multi-national teams.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Results-oriented, strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
