The Opportunity

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Business Development Intern to join our ambitious team. You'll play a crucial role in identifying opportunities, cultivating relationships, and driving a consistent pipeline of qualified leads to fuel VK Transformation's growth.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate directly with our Founder and senior leaders to execute targeted business development strategies aimed at acquiring high-potential clients.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to uncover industry insights, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
  • Engage and connect professionally with key decision-makers via LinkedIn, emails, WhatsApp and other relevant platforms.
  • Manage and nurture sales pipelines, partnering closely with the Founder/Lead Consultant, Senior Business Consultant, and Digital Marketing Consultant to convert leads into successful client relationships.
  • Perform digital audits and competitor benchmarking to support strategic recommendations and winning proposals.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing and industry trends to deliver cutting-edge insights to our clients.

Qualifications

  • Current undergraduate student pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Digital Media & Communication, or related fields.
  • Ideally, at least one previous internship experience in business development, sales, or digital marketing.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the confidence to engage decision makers.
  • Ability to build strong connections and dilligently followup to nurture the leads.
  • Experience with digital marketing strategies or digital tools will be highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Self-starter mindset, eagerness to learn, adaptability, and openness to tackling new challenges.
