Join a leading foreign bank in expanding its institutional client portfolio across the region.

We are hiring on behalf of our client — a reputable international bank — for an experienced Relationship Manager to manage and grow relationships with Financial Institutions (FIs) and Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFIs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage strong relationships with a range of institutional clients including NBFIs, banks, central banks, and sovereign wealth funds across China, Singapore, and Southeast Asia
  • Handle end-to-end client onboarding processes, including KYC assessments, credit applications, and loan documentation
  • Promote a comprehensive suite of banking solutions, such as fixed deposits, bilateral loans and syndications, CNY settlement, trade finance, and bond issuance
  • Identify and acquire new institutional clients to grow the FI/NBFI portfolio
  • Support departmental initiatives and undertake other assignments as directed by the Head of Department or senior management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Banking, Accounting, or a related discipline
  • At least 3–4 years of relevant experience in relationship management or commercial lending within the FI/NBFI segment
  • Familiarity with NBFI structures, regulatory environment, and operating models is a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive and independent working style
  • Willingness to travel when required
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required, as the role involves frequent communication with Chinese clients
